Overall, 38.4% of total families were couple families with child(ren), and 14.0% were one-parent families, compared with 40.1% and 13.7% respectively for Epping.
There were a similar proportion of lone person households and a higher proportion of couples without children. Overall, the proportion of lone person households was 17.9% compared to 17.4% in Epping while the proportion of couples without children was 21.6% compared to 19.2% in Epping.
