Dominant groups
Analysis of the Nepali speaking population in the City of West Torrens in 2021 compared to Greater Adelaide shows that there was a lower proportion of people in the younger age groups (under 15) as well as a lower proportion of people in the older age groups (65+).
Overall, 7.2% of the Nepali speaking population was aged between 0 and 14, and 0.0% were aged 65 years and over, compared with 16.5% and 2.5% respectively for Greater Adelaide.
