Analysis of the types of dwellings in North Bondi in 2021 shows that 18.1% of all dwellings were separate houses; 49.4% were medium density dwellings, and 32.4% were in high density dwellings, compared with 21.3%, 28.5%, and 48.9% in the Eastern Suburbs respectively.
In 2021, a total of 89.1% of the dwellings in North Bondi were occupied on Census night, compared to 88.6% in Eastern Suburbs. The proportion of unoccupied dwellings was 10.9%, which is smaller compared to that found in Eastern Suburbs (11.2%).
