There were more managers in Moore in 2021 than any other occupation.

Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Moore in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Managers (3,844 people or 22.4%)
  • Technicians and Trades Workers (2,625 people or 15.3%)
  • Labourers (2,328 people or 13.5%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 8,797 people in total or 51.2% of the employed resident population.

In comparison, Southern River employed 9.5% in Managers; 15.9% in Technicians and Trades Workers; and 10.2% in Labourers.

The major differences between the jobs held by the population of Moore and Southern River were:
