Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Victoria Park in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (3,665 people or 13.8%)
  • Professional, Scientific and Technical Services (2,709 people or 10.2%)
  • Accommodation and Food Services (2,384 people or 9.0%)

In combination, these three industries employed 8,758 people in total or 32.9% of the total employed resident population.

In comparison, Baldivis employed 13.8% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 4.7% in Professional, Scientific and Technical Services; and 6.5% in Accommodation and Food Services.

The major differences between the jobs held by the population of Victoria Park and Baldivis were:
