Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Darch in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (436 females or 23.0%)
  • Retail Trade (254 females or 13.4%)
  • Education and Training (234 females or 12.3%)

In combination, these three industries employed 924 females in total or 48.7% of the total employed female resident population.

In comparison, Jindalee employed 25.1% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 13.5% in Retail Trade; and 12.8% in Education and Training.

The major differences between the jobs held by the female population of Darch and Jindalee were:
