Dominant groups
Analysis of the family blending in Oxley Vale in 2021 compared to West Tamworth (Coledale) shows that there was a higher proportion of step families as well as a higher proportion of blended families. Overall, 14.4% of total couple families with children were step families, and 9.6% were blended families, compared with 13.0% and 6.8% respectively for West Tamworth (Coledale).
