Analysis of the number of bedrooms in dwellings for people aged 25 to 34 years in Sutherland Shire Council in 2021 compared to Greater Sydney, shows that there was a lower proportion of people aged 25 to 34 years in dwellings with 2 bedrooms or less, and a higher proportion of dwellings with 4 or more bedrooms.
Overall, 37.5% of people aged 25 to 34 years were in dwellings with 2 bedrooms or less, and 32.4% in 4 or more bedroom dwellings, compared with 40.7% and 28.8% for Greater Sydney respectively.
