Dominant groups

Analysis of the household/family types in Prahran in 2021 compared to Malvern - Armadale Activity Centre Catchment shows that there was a lower proportion of couple families with child(ren) as well as a lower proportion of one-parent families. Overall, 11.9% of total families were couple families with child(ren), and 4.2% were one-parent families, compared with 22.6% and 6.9% respectively for Malvern - Armadale Activity Centre Catchment.
