Dwellings with 3 bedrooms were the most common in the Milton-Ulladulla Structure Plan area in 2021.

The Number of Bedrooms in a dwelling is an indicator of the size of dwellings, and when combined with Dwelling Type information, provides insight into the role the Milton-Ulladulla Structure Plan area plays in the housing market. Dominant groups

Analysis of the number of bedrooms in dwellings in Milton-Ulladulla Structure Plan area in 2021 compared to Kiama Municipality shows that there was a similar proportion of dwellings with 2 bedrooms or less, and a lower proportion of dwellings with 4 or more bedrooms.

Overall, 16.6% of households were in dwellings with 2 bedrooms or less, and 36.1% of 4 or more bedroom dwellings, compared with 17.0% and 41.5% for Kiama Municipality respectively.
