Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Shepparton North East in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Construction (217 males or 14.9%)
  • Health Care and Social Assistance (190 males or 13.0%)
  • Manufacturing (166 males or 11.4%)

In combination, these three industries employed 573 males in total or 39.2% of the total employed male resident population.

In comparison, the City of Greater Shepparton employed 15.0% in Construction; 6.7% in Health Care and Social Assistance; and 13.7% in Manufacturing.
