Dominant groups
An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Rathdowney and District in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:
- Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing (113 males or 30.5%)
- Construction (50 males or 13.5%)
- Manufacturing (31 males or 8.4%)
In combination, these three industries employed 194 males in total or 52.4% of the total employed male resident population.
