Dominant groups
An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Rathdowney and District in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:
- Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing (60 females or 18.1%)
- Education and Training (44 females or 13.3%)
- Accommodation and Food Services (39 females or 11.8%)
In combination, these three industries employed 143 females in total or 43.2% of the total employed female resident population.
In comparison, Boonah - Dugandan and District employed 8.4% in Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing; 13.3% in Education and Training; and 9.1% in Accommodation and Food Services.
