Dominant groups

Analysis of the housing tenure of households of Salisbury Downs in 2021 compared to Paralowie shows that there was a larger proportion of households who owned their dwelling; a smaller proportion purchasing their dwelling; and a larger proportion who were renters.

Overall, 26.3% of households owned their dwelling; 33.3% were purchasing, and 33.7% were renting, compared with 23.5%, 48.4% and 23.6% respectively for Paralowie.
