Dominant groups

Analysis of the male five year age groups of the City of Salisbury in 2021 compared to Greater Adelaide shows that there was a higher proportion of males in the younger age groups (under 15) and a lower proportion of males in the older age groups (65+).

Overall, 20.3% of the male population was aged between 0 and 15, and 14.0% were aged 65 years and over, compared with 18.1% and 17.0% respectively for Greater Adelaide.
