An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in City of Rockingham in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:
- Technicians and Trades Workers (10,344 males or 31.4%)
- Machinery Operators And Drivers (5,277 males or 16.0%)
- Labourers (4,229 males or 12.8%)
In combination these three occupations accounted for 19,850 males in total or 60.2% of the employed male resident population.
In comparison, Greater Perth employed 23.4% in Technicians and Trades Workers; 11.7% in Machinery Operators And Drivers; and 10.5% in Labourers.
The major differences between the jobs held by the male population of the City of Rockingham and Greater Perth were:
