Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Bungendore in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Public Administration and Safety (733 people or 27.2%)
  • Construction (350 people or 13.0%)
  • Professional, Scientific and Technical Services (228 people or 8.5%)

In combination, these three industries employed 1,311 people in total or 48.7% of the total employed resident population.

In comparison, Carwoola - Greenleigh - The Ridgeway employed 25.7% in Public Administration and Safety; 14.5% in Construction; and 9.4% in Professional, Scientific and Technical Services.
