Dominant groups
In 2021, there were 57 males who caught public transport to work (train, bus, tram or ferry) in Crawley, compared with 198 who drove in private vehicles (car – as driver, car – as passenger, motorbike, or truck).
Analysis of the method of travel to work of the male residents in Crawley in 2021, compared to the City of Perth, shows that 13.0% used public transport, while 44.3% used a private vehicle, compared with 20.6% and 37.2% respectively in the City of Perth.
The major differences in males between the method of travel to work of Crawley and the City of Perth were:
- A larger percentage of males who travelled by car (as driver) (41.6% compared to 34.7%)
