An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in West Perth in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:
- Professionals (903 people or 46.8%)
- Managers (250 people or 12.9%)
- Clerical and Administrative Workers (212 people or 11.0%)
In combination these three occupations accounted for 1,365 people in total or 70.7% of the employed resident population.
In comparison, Western Australia employed 22.0% in Professionals; 12.3% in Managers; and 12.1% in Clerical and Administrative Workers.
