Analysis of the unpaid child care provided by the male population in Northern Tasmania Region in 2021 compared to Tasmania shows that there was a lower proportion of males who provided unpaid child care either to their own or to other children. Overall, 21.2% of the male population provided unpaid child care, compared with 22.1% for Tasmania.
