Dominant groups

Analysis of the number of bedrooms in dwellings for recent arrivals in Nillumbik Shire shows that there was a higher proportion of recent arrivals in dwellings with 1 or 2 bedrooms, and a lower proportion in dwellings with 4 or more bedrooms compared to the City of Casey in 2021.

Overall, 8.7% of recent arrivals were in 1 or 2 bedroom dwellings, and 55.7% in 4 or more bedroom dwellings, compared with 4.7% and 56.8% for City of Casey respectively.
