Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Mitchell Shire in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Construction (3,439 people or 14.6%)
  • Health Care and Social Assistance (2,782 people or 11.8%)
  • Public Administration and Safety (2,284 people or 9.7%)
