Dominant groups

Analysis of the household/family types in Kardinya in 2021 compared to The South West Group Region shows that there was a lower proportion of couple families with child(ren) as well as a lower proportion of one-parent families. Overall, 31.2% of total families were couple families with child(ren), and 9.7% were one-parent families, compared with 32.7% and 11.0% respectively for The South West Group Region.
