Dominant groups

Analysis of the service age groups of Warradale in 2021 compared to the City of Marion shows that there was a higher proportion of people in the younger age groups (0 to 17 years) as well as a higher proportion of people in the older age groups (60+ years).

Overall, 20.4% of the population was aged between 0 and 17, and 27.8% were aged 60 years and over, compared with 19.4% and 24.8% respectively for the City of Marion.
