Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in City of Manningham in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Construction (4,136 males or 13.7%)
  • Professional, Scientific and Technical Services (3,836 males or 12.7%)
  • Retail Trade (3,019 males or 10.0%)

In combination, these three industries employed 10,991 males in total or 36.3% of the total employed male resident population.

In comparison, Wonga Park employed 28.9% in Construction; 9.5% in Professional, Scientific and Technical Services; and 7.4% in Retail Trade.
