Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Beenleigh in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Construction (406 males or 22.4%)
  • Manufacturing (267 males or 14.7%)
  • Retail Trade (144 males or 7.9%)

In combination, these three industries employed 817 males in total or 45.0% of the total employed male resident population.

In comparison, Logan City employed 19.8% in Construction; 12.4% in Manufacturing; and 8.4% in Retail Trade.

The major differences between the jobs held by the male population of Beenleigh and Logan City were:
