Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Jimboomba in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Construction (471 males or 24.6%)
  • Manufacturing (245 males or 12.8%)
  • Transport, Postal and Warehousing (215 males or 11.2%)

In combination, these three industries employed 931 males in total or 48.5% of the total employed male resident population.

In comparison, Windaroo - Bannockburn employed 24.3% in Construction; 12.9% in Manufacturing; and 7.2% in Transport, Postal and Warehousing.
