Dominant groups
An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Hillcrest in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:
- Construction (266 males or 17.0%)
- Manufacturing (224 males or 14.3%)
- Transport, Postal and Warehousing (202 males or 12.9%)
In combination, these three industries employed 692 males in total or 44.3% of the total employed male resident population.
In comparison, Loganholme employed 25.0% in Construction; 11.2% in Manufacturing; and 7.1% in Transport, Postal and Warehousing.
