Analysis of the household/family types in Regents Park in 2021 compared to Division 3 shows that there was a higher proportion of couple families with child(ren) as well as a higher proportion of one-parent families. Overall, 41.0% of total families were couple families with child(ren), and 15.8% were one-parent families, compared with 33.0% and 14.8% respectively for Division 3.
There were a lower proportion of lone person households and a higher proportion of couples without children. Overall, the proportion of lone person households was 13.0% compared to 20.1% in Division 3 while the proportion of couples without children was 24.1% compared to 23.5% in Division 3.
