Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Highland Park in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (602 people or 14.5%)
  • Construction (538 people or 13.0%)
  • Retail Trade (439 people or 10.6%)

In combination, these three industries employed 1,579 people in total or 38.1% of the total employed resident population.

In comparison, Worongary - Tallai employed 13.6% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 15.0% in Construction; and 9.5% in Retail Trade.
