Analysis of the housing tenure of Greek speakers in Frankston City in 2021 compared to Greater Melbourne shows that there was a smaller proportion of Greek speakers in households who owned their dwelling; a larger proportion purchasing their dwelling; and a larger proportion who were renters.

Overall, 35.7% of Greek speakers were in households who owned their dwelling; 46.5% were purchasing, and 14.6% were renting, compared with 52.3%, 32.6% and 12.4% respectively for Greater Melbourne.
