Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in City of Swan in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (7,871 females or 21.6%)
  • Community and Personal Service Workers (7,578 females or 20.8%)
  • Professionals (6,600 females or 18.1%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 22,049 females in total or 60.6% of the employed female resident population.

In comparison, EMRC area employed 21.0% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; 18.9% in Community and Personal Service Workers; and 22.9% in Professionals.
