Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Twin Rivers in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (186 people or 14.8%)
  • Construction (172 people or 13.7%)
  • Retail Trade (103 people or 8.2%)

In combination, these three industries employed 461 people in total or 36.7% of the total employed resident population.

In comparison, Orbost employed 16.2% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 7.2% in Construction; and 8.4% in Retail Trade.

The major differences between the jobs held by the population of Twin Rivers and Orbost were:
