Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in City of Cockburn in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (14,180 people or 22.5%)
  • Technicians and Trades Workers (10,505 people or 16.7%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (8,308 people or 13.2%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 32,993 people in total or 52.4% of the employed resident population.

In comparison, Leeming (part) employed 32.3% in Professionals; 11.8% in Technicians and Trades Workers; and 14.6% in Clerical and Administrative Workers.
