Analysis of the family blending in Wyong District in 2021 compared to Kanwal - Wyongah shows that there was a similar proportion of step families as well as a similar proportion of blended families. Overall, 11.2% of total couple families with children were step families, and 6.6% were blended families, compared with 11.0% and 5.6% respectively for Kanwal - Wyongah.
