Analysis of the employment status of the population born in Pakistan (as a percentage of the labour force) in the City of Casey in 2021 compared to Greater Melbourne shows that there was a similar proportion in employment, as well as a similar proportion unemployed. Overall, 88.9% of the labour force born in Pakistan was employed and 5.3% unemployed, compared with 89.3% and 5.8% respectively for Greater Melbourne.
