Analysis of the car ownership of non-English speakers in the City of Casey in 2021 compared to the total population in the City of Casey shows that 97.3% were in households that owned at least one car, while 1.6% did not, compared with 93.8% and 1.7% respectively in the total population in the City of Casey.
Of those that owned at least one vehicle, there was a larger proportion owned just one car; a larger proportion owned two cars; and a similar proportion that owned three cars or more.
Overall, 18.7% of non-English speakers were in households that owned one car; 48.0% owned two cars; and 30.6% owned three cars or more, compared with 18.2%, 44.9% and 30.7% respectively for the total population in the City of Casey.
