Dominant groups
An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Botanic Ridge in 2016 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:
- Construction (357 people or 16.2%)
- Retail Trade (237 people or 10.8%)
- Manufacturing (229 people or 10.4%)
In combination, these three industries employed 823 people in total or 37.4% of the total employed resident population.
In comparison, Cardinia Shire employed 13.5% in Construction; 11.0% in Retail Trade; and 10.2% in Manufacturing.
