Analysis of individual income levels in Berwick in 2021 compared to Lynbrook shows that there was a higher proportion of people earning a high income (those earning $2,000 per week or more) and a lower proportion of low income people (those earning less than $500 per week).
Overall, 13.1% of the population earned a high income, and 32.3% earned a low income, compared with 7.0% and 35.9% respectively for Lynbrook.
