Dominant groups

Analysis of the male five year age groups of Picnic Point in 2021 compared to the City of Canterbury Bankstown shows that there was a higher proportion of males in the younger age groups (under 15) as well as a higher proportion of males in the older age groups (65+).

Overall, 21.5% of the male population was aged between 0 and 15, and 16.0% were aged 65 years and over, compared with 20.4% and 14.0% respectively for the City of Canterbury Bankstown.
