Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the population born in Korea, Republic of (South) in City of Canning in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Technicians and Trades Workers (240 people or 33.4%)
  • Professionals (116 people or 16.2%)
  • Labourers (108 people or 15.0%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 464 people in total or 64.6% of the employed population born in Korea, Republic of (South).

In comparison, Greater Perth employed 32.2% in Technicians and Trades Workers; 17.8% in Professionals; and 12.3% in Labourers.
