Dominant groups
An analysis of the jobs held by the population born in Indonesia in City of Canning in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:
- Professionals (295 people or 27.2%)
- Clerical and Administrative Workers (166 people or 15.3%)
- Labourers (143 people or 13.2%)
In combination these three occupations accounted for 604 people in total or 55.8% of the employed population born in Indonesia.
In comparison, Greater Perth employed 24.8% in Professionals; 13.3% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; and 15.0% in Labourers.
The major differences between the jobs held by the population born in Indonesia in the City of Canning and Greater Perth were:
