Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in City of Campbelltown in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Construction (1,927 males or 13.9%)
  • Professional, Scientific and Technical Services (1,376 males or 9.9%)
  • Retail Trade (1,326 males or 9.6%)

In combination, these three industries employed 4,629 males in total or 33.3% of the total employed male resident population.

In comparison, Greater Adelaide employed 14.2% in Construction; 7.8% in Professional, Scientific and Technical Services; and 8.7% in Retail Trade.

The major differences between the jobs held by the male population of the City of Campbelltown and Greater Adelaide were:
