Dominant groups

Analysis of individual income levels in Floreat in 2021 compared to City Beach (North) - Wembley Downs shows that there was a higher proportion of people earning a high income (those earning $2,000 per week or more) as well as a higher proportion of low income people (those earning less than $500 per week).

Overall, 32.6% of the population earned a high income, and 28.8% earned a low income, compared with 31.6% and 27.8% respectively for City Beach (North) - Wembley Downs.
