Analysis of the car ownership of the households in Kensington Park in 2021 compared to Hazelwood Park shows that 90.7% of the households owned at least one car, while 6.5% did not, compared with 95.4% and 3.7% respectively in Hazelwood Park.
Of those that owned at least one vehicle, there was a larger proportion who owned just one car; a smaller proportion who owned two cars; and a similar proportion who owned three cars or more.
Overall, 36.9% of the households owned one car; 37.0% owned two cars; and 16.9% owned three cars or more, compared with 34.8%; 43.9% and 16.7% respectively for Hazelwood Park.
