Analysis of the qualifications of the male population in Division 2 in 2021 compared to Bundaberg Regional Council shows that there was a lower proportion of males holding formal qualifications (Bachelor or higher degree; Advanced Diploma or Diploma; or Vocational qualifications), and a similar proportion of males with no formal qualifications.
Overall, 43.5% of the male population aged 15 and over held educational qualifications, and 44.1% had no qualifications, compared with 45.5% and 44.2% respectively for Bundaberg Regional Council.
The major differences between qualifications held by the male population of Division 2 and Bundaberg Regional Council were:
