Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Kings Park in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Manufacturing (267 males or 16.3%)
  • Construction (239 males or 14.6%)
  • Transport, Postal and Warehousing (212 males or 13.0%)

In combination, these three industries employed 718 males in total or 43.9% of the total employed male resident population.

In comparison, Grasslands Ward employed 13.5% in Manufacturing; 14.1% in Construction; and 13.8% in Transport, Postal and Warehousing.
