Overall, 28.3% of total families were couple families with child(ren), and 11.0% were one-parent families, compared with 15.4% and 3.3% respectively for Mascot Station Precinct.
There were a higher proportion of lone person households and a lower proportion of couples without children. Overall, the proportion of lone person households was 29.7% compared to 20.4% in Mascot Station Precinct while the proportion of couples without children was 19.0% compared to 35.4% in Mascot Station Precinct.
