Dominant groups

Analysis of female individual income levels in Lucas - Cardigan in 2021 compared to the City of Ballarat shows that there was a higher proportion of females earning a high income (those earning $2,000 per week or more) and a lower proportion of low income females (those earning less than $500 per week).

Overall, 7.5% of the female population earned a high income, and 33.0% earned a low income, compared with 5.8% and 36.6% respectively for the City of Ballarat.
