Dominant groups

Analysis of the share of the non-English speaking population attending educational institutions in Albury City in 2021 compared to City of Wodonga shows that there was a lower proportion attending primary school, a lower proportion attending secondary school, and a higher proportion engaged in tertiary level education.

Overall, 8.8% of the non-English speaking population were attending primary school, 5.6% of the population were attending secondary institutions, and 4.1% were learning at a tertiary level, compared with 9.4%, 7.7% and 3.4% respectively for City of Wodonga.

The major differences between the share of the non-English speaking population attending learning institutions in Albury City and City of Wodonga were:
